My Story
After years of hearing and believing poor sleep and nights awake were unavoidable, I was thrilled to learn that "tired" didn't have to be my destiny, and it doesn't have to be yours. There is a genetic influence on our sleep patterns, but they don't tell the whole story. A significant part of our sleep pattern is based on our habits, lifestyle, and sleep hygiene, and a LOT of this is based on the habits we learn in childhood. It's never "too late" to create good sleep habits, but it's easier to maintain a habit than to establish new ones.

I am passionate about learning new things and sharing that knowledge to help others improve their lives. As a trained sleep consultant, I specialize in crafting personalized sleep plans for individuals of all ages, from infants to adults. My approach is rooted in understanding your unique needs and developing practical strategies to enhance your sleep quality. I offer 1:1 Sleep Coaching for adults, children, toddlers, and infants. My coaching includes a comprehensive assessment, a customized sleep plan tailored to each individual's needs, and 3 weeks of follow up support.

In addition to sleep coaching, I am a newly certified Reiki practitioner. Reiki is a holistic healing practice that promotes relaxation and stress reduction, which are essential components of good sleep hygiene. I offer Reiki services on a donation basis, making it accessible to everyone.

Outside of my sleep coaching and Reiki practice, I work as a project management consultant with a specialty in accessibility. Ensuring that everyone has the tools and support they need to succeed is a core value of mine.
A little about me: I have a dog, I love to paddleboard, and I am always up for spontaneous trips and exploring new places. My adventures have taken me to live in six provinces and seven time zones, giving me a broad perspective on the diverse sleep needs of different individuals.
